PEPTIDE CARE CARDS

Source cards / Use the public record

Check both the care provider and the pharmacy.

Ask for full names and licence numbers. Check the person who would treat you and the pharmacy that would supply the medicine.

  • Doctor or doctor’s supervised assistant: medical board.

A physician assistant is a person licensed to provide medical care with a supervising doctor and a job description approved by Georgia’s medical board.

As of September 28, 2026, the Georgia Composite Medical Board offers a free search for doctors and physician assistants.

As of September 28, 2026, a Georgia physician assistant works with a supervising doctor approved by the board.

Ask who would examine you, who would decide about the medicine and which doctor supervises the assistant.

The search shows whether a licence is active and any public orders: written decisions the board has made about that person’s licence.

These can include disciplinary decisions, such as action taken against a doctor’s licence.

Match the full name and licence number rather than relying on a photo. Read any decision for what happened, any limits on practice and whether those limits still apply.

  • Nurse practitioner: nursing board, plus prescribing agreement.

Nurse practitioners are nurses whose work may include prescribing medicines.

As of September 28, 2026, the Georgia Board of Nursing links to a free licence search for nurses, including nurse practitioners.

As of September 28, 2026, a Georgia nurse practitioner needs a written agreement with a doctor to prescribe; the medical board reviews it.

Ask which doctor is named in that agreement.

  • Pharmacy: pharmacy board.

As of September 28, 2026, Georgia’s pharmacy board provides a free licence check for pharmacies and pharmacists.

Ask which pharmacy will make or supply the medicine and which pharmacy will send it. A service name alone does not answer those questions.

  • Medicine sent from another state: Georgia permit.

As of September 28, 2026, an out-of-state pharmacy needs a Georgia nonresident permit to send prescription medicine to Georgia.

Nonresident means the pharmacy is based outside the state. Ask for its Georgia permit number as well as its home-state licence.
